All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

*Delivery Time*

The estimated delivery time is *4–5 business days* from the date of dispatch. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

*Shipping Charges*

We provide *free shipping on all prepaid orders*.

For *Cash on Delivery (COD)* orders, a charge of *₹100 per product* will be applied.

For example, if your order contains three products, the COD charge will be *₹300*.

*Damaged or Faulty Products*

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within *24 hours of delivery* to raise a return request.
