If receiving a faulty, damaged, or substandard product, customers must email contact@rangya.co.in with accompanying images and videos of the product within 2 days of receipt. Upon verification of the issue, an appropriate solution will be provided.
Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with intact tags and labels, and in the original packaging.
