*Refund & Return Policy*
At Rangya, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
*Return Policy*
We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery. Once the return request is approved, the returned product(s) must reach us within 5–7 days.
We provide reverse pickup services where available. A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount per order, regardless of the number of items in that order.
Pickup will be attempted twice by our courier partner. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse address.
Reverse pickup is subject to the availability of service in your area pincode.
Please ensure the product is returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Products returned in poor condition or showing signs of usage will not be eligible for refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We offer size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If the requested size is not available, store credit may be issued.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
*Cancellations*
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
*Offers & Promotional Purchases*
Items purchased during promotional offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) or similar deals may not be eligible for returns.
*Self Shipping for Returns*
If reverse pickup is not available in your pincode, you may courier the product(s) to our warehouse address.
Please ensure that the order ID and registered mobile number are clearly mentioned on the package.
Items must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days for prepaid orders. COD orders will receive store credit.
We recommend using Speed Post or any reliable courier service.

The bank account details provided by the customer for refunds must be accurate. The brand will not be responsible for errors in the information provided.
If you receive a notification that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours.
Customers are responsible for taking proper care of the product while it is in their possession and must return it in the same condition in which it was delivered.
If a product is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details and images.
After receiving the returned product, it will be inspected and the customer will be notified about the refund approval via email.
